Ok im not saying he needs a brand new buff or anything but if you remember how he was before the nerf he was very strong right? And also back then there were so very less champions that were worth having whereas now there are so many amazing champs in fact if Strange was left the was he was then it is pretty obvious it would be fine as there are so many other champs people would have over him and I think he would be balanced with his old changes compared to what we have now.
