A character suggestion that I’m placing outside of the suggestion thread for a logical reason

I’m putting this here, instead of the thread where I guess it kinda should be, because I want to timestamp it on its own, and also because it’s a bit more than just a character suggestion. Because of the recent events in Brazil, I would like to suggest that Wiccan and Hulkling be added to the game, as a kind of solidarity. I know it takes time to design champions, and I’m sure the champs for the next few months are already determined, however, I just wanted to make sure this was put out there, and that perhaps, in light of the recent controversy, be added sooner, rather than later, to the game.
