Issue with Bleed Immune Path EQ UC

VtD is placing bleeds, which causes a power gain on the defender, on Bleed Immune characters on Path F in this months EQ. Based on the wording in his abilities, this shouldn’t happen. Anyone else having trouble with this?

The description of this is off. VTD is not placing bleeds, he is attempting to place bleeds, which is causing power gain. This is working properly, and should happen. You should not take a bleeding champ there. What is failing is that when they are immune he is not placing a degen on them.
