Nick Fury's sig ability bugged

His ability says Nick gets a permanent Fury for 2nd life But this fury is not activating again if it gets removed for any reason. I hope it'll get fixed soon.

That is different. That is a permanent buff that is intended to trigger right away at the start of the fight, and last for it all. Nick fury doesnt work this way

Reading his sig ability i can see why the OP thinks it should be that as It clearly says "Permanent Fury's fury buff".

However this is simply to state the fury buff has no timer, but its still a buff and therefore can be nullified or stolen.
Warlock is another champion or has a Permanent Buff in the form of a Armor up, however it clearly states in his mechanics that if it was to be removed then it will refresh in 10 seconds.

Nick fury does not have the same refresh mechanic for his fury

The node doesn't say gain a permanent regen buff, it says regenerate 1% health permanently.
That implies you can't nullify it or fate seal. The node ensures the regen is always reapplied if ever removed as its permanent.

It's more like a mechanic being added to the character like deadpools regen but it has to appear as a buff so that you can interact with it using mechanics like heal block.
