BPCW stun reflect

So i stunned him when he had no armor buff, and when i was attacking him, he gained armor, then he reflected the stun. Is this as intended?
And when BPCW was stunned by non physical way, eg the hood shock expiring, he reflected the stun when he was hit. Is this also as intended?

If his stun duration is still active this can happen.

If he has Armor up when stunned he will reflect the stun.He gains armor when attacked so when you stun and attack him he could proc one and consume it to reflect the stun

It is another poorly designed interaction. You are supposed to make a decision about when to stun and when not to. But sometimes when you stun him without an armor up, he gains one and stuns you back anyway. Once again, it's more about luck than skill.
