something weird is happening with Diablo... unintended interaction with AAR?

yeah I have no idea why this is happening. He's got 16 persistent charges, but he has no potions. And also it wasn't just a visual glitch; he actually wasn't preparing or activating any potions for the rest of the fight. i have no idea what is causing this... weird...
