VULTURES SIG ABILITY...

So ive pulled 3 4* Vultures & was wondering what adding to his sig ability really does...this last dupe took him from 20-40 with a pl gain of almost 100, but in the sig ability description theres nothing showing that gets upgraded...

    It allows him to absorb the incinerate debuff and changes it into chitari energy.

    It increases his passive power gain while the opponent is under an incinerate debuff.

    I get that theres just no specifc % increase per sig level like other champs

    There is, it is not coded green though which is normally what highlights what changes.
