How good is She? Is she worthy to R4?

Angela is a very good champion, but she does fall behind a little when compared to other cosmics like Venom, Corvus, and Cap Marvel Movie. She hits very hard and is very easy to use, plus she has some regen. Personally, I think she's a good candidate for r4. Her awakened ability is functionally useless though.
