Kabam's Data

What exactly does this data that they mention so much say? What data told Kabam that Kamala, Old Man Logan, and Howard the Duck needed reworks over Juggernaut, Magneto, and Hulkbuster? How did they get this data? There's so many questions but Kabam will not respond with statistics. If the numbers are so true, then why aren't you showing them to us?
