Auto collecting iso when ranking up a champ

When I use iso all the sudden it's automatically refilled instead of me having to go grab the ones i want

It is not auto collection ISOs, if you look closely at the end you can see you still have 1 less ISO than you started. The problem is your claim all/claim button is disabled somehow.
