Kabam where are my rewards?

Kabam.....today I've logged in after a week and some days because it wouldn't let me in the game because of "connection problems". My username is Star Pikachu I really want to claim my five star awakening gem. Anyone else kinda experienced something like this?

Sounds like you are having network issues on your side. The game has been available.

My network has been fine I forgot to mention that in my post my bad. Idk why it even did that. Mcoc connection problems don't occur that much.......or do they?

I feel like you probably should have raised a support ticket as soon as you realised you couldn’t log on. Might be worth sending one in now.

Yeah that definitely sounds like a connection error on your end and not Kabams. Especially since it's been over a week.

. Define your network. A connection issue on your side can be anywhere between you and Kabam, it does not have to specifically be on your network.

Game network has been hit n miss but stable enough to login every day sounds like you couldn’t be bothered to login every day now you’ve either pulled a decent 5* now wanting that awakening gem sorry but it doesn’t work like that
