rank up gem four star, rank 4 to 5, Fury or Capt Marvel Movie?

who should I take to rank 5 between these two? Thanks for your insight!

    Either of them duped?

    Either way, personally, I'd go capt marvel first then Fury. Unless ofc you have Deep Wounds mastery in which case go for Fury
