5* Cosmic Champ

Greetings,
I have just pulled 5* the champion, which is best pulling in 2019 as Im having a realy bad luck in getting a worthy champ. So is he worth to be ranked to R5? Or I should focus on Phonix or Heprion (all unduped)?
