Does anyone know why x-23 can't be punished after she throws her sp1. It's like hitting thin air when I try to hit her.

Many champs have this ability. Same with Ironman's SP2 or She-Hulk's SP1. Although it's frustrating, the solution is to learn to dash in a tiny bit later.
