1vs1 2* crystals

I have opened almost 100+ 2* 1vs1 crystals and still haven't got korg even 1 time. I have completed master quest for all 4 weeks except the korg gate in the last week. Has anyone else got korg or is there some bug or 0 probability of getting one

    He is there. Sometimes you just need to open more crystals.
    I for example, opened 200 until I got a 2-star thing
