**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Thing like sentinels

Is there a way you could increase the amount of hits before thing goes unstoppable? Like you did with the sentinels and being 100 percent analysis

He’s fine as he is, you can play around it with skill or by using a slow champ
  • The Slow Debuff indeed works, or use a Bleed champ to control the Rock Stacks. Black Panther (OG), Blade, Gwenpool, Nick Fury all work well against Thing. All also have Class advantage. The other trick is to get him to 15+ by striking into his block a few times when close to 15, and then bait a Special attack. Will reset the Rock Stacks. Thing takes a bit of tactical thinking when fighting him, but he's quite manageable. Just takes some practice is all.

Thing is one of those champs they've developed who demands your attention. You can't autofight him at all! He's a bit of a pain; but the easiest solution (which is actually a bit of an odd one, for a champion made of rock) is a really reliable bleed champ, such as Gwenpool, OG BP and so on.

Just to let you know a tactic that doesn't work: When he came out, I thought that Power Control might be a useful option. It really isn't - you need Thing to throw Specials (which are fairly easy to dodge) so as to get rid of his Rock Stacks. If he can't throw Specials (which can be a problem on an All or Nothing node, and you can't get rid of his stacks with bleed, then it becomes almost impossible to avoid him becoming repeatedly Unstoppable.
