Why did we get the muppet version of Man-Thing?

His visual is great but the size of the 3d model is... anti-climatic.
Why is a L champion smaller than a M ?
And in fights he looks even smaller...not a big deal compared to other bugs, but it would be nice if devs could make him a bit larger ;-)
