Who to upgrade

I’m wondering if I should rank three invisible woman, killmonger, or Corvus when I get the t4cc but I want to rank 4 my hulk, sym supreme, or Gwenpool. Who should I upgrade, I have 9 t2a so I can rank 4 two characters.
