AW off-season question

Just to double check. AW war rating is locked for tiers 1-5 during the off-season, but will losing during the off-season still cause us to drop AW tiers?

    Only them ther is tier5 can get drop to tier6. From tier1 don’t lose war ratings means can drop tier from from ther sins luck
