    If it is darkened out, you probably missed a day

    The timing can be a little bit off... for example:
    Let’s suppose you logged in in the morning and claimed your daily reward. The day in the game doesn’t actually reset at 00:00 from my personal experience... it’s sometime at night, so if you only log in the next day late at night, you might have missed a log in day, while login in every day in the game

    Does that make sense?

    Bugs like that happen all the time. Try contacting support. Maybe they'll drawn on requests on the issue and fix it
