Comment needing approval?

How come when I post on here some of my posts need approval before appearing?

I think it's certain key words that trigger a filter. I had one happen a couple days ago, re-phrased, and then didn't have any other problems posting again.

In my experience it's usually related to posting repeatedly in a short time frame. If you edit a post multiple times after posting it gets flagged and disappears from the discussion until approved.
