Dont tell me we are gonna see these tanks in master mode if that is the case then the rewards better be increased.

    I think the announcement said October quests will start trickling them out... kinda sucks because even the good 5* Basics aren't coming out until November.

    We will see them in Monthly Quest and AQ.
    But don't worry, everything is fine, because 4* are still useful because 6* weren't able for us until 2018 (and maybe 2019 when you finally build one, and maybe 2020 when you finally rank up one).
