    It is not really Kabam but apple or google charging the sales tax. There is always sales tax when you buy something on Apple at least.

    I just talked to google support and she said it's not Google it's the Creator of the game

That is a question better suited to either our Support Team or Google Play's support team. Additionally, tax collection is handled and set by the phone platform, the region a player is in, or both.
