Who should I rank up that would best help me on act 5 up to uncollected?

i think it should be scarlet as she can turn debuffs into buffs ate her own favour

Maybe I don’t have him ranked up enough but I’m starting to feel like Havok’s basic attacks are pretty weak. His special 2 and 3 are amazing though, have wiped opponents out of over 60% health. That’s the selling point for him.
