Havent been in the forums for almost a year, nice to see we got a Disagree reaction button, but what do those ⭐️⭐️ next to our name mean?

They're Star Levels based on Points.

Positive reactions earn Points. (Insightful, Like, Agree, Awesome)
3000 is an Awakened 5* I believe.

Unfortunately, though, disagrees have no effect on anyone's star rating
