Human Torch not applying incinerate debuffs (video)

Unless I miss some interaction HT didn't properly apply incinerate debuffs in this fight.

You start the fight with some temp which helps for a moment. Also sometimes the fight start doesn't recognize him as bleeding and he doesn't suffer the reduced duration.

Yup, reduced by 4 seconds, but in this case Guilly doesn't take damage from incinerate at all. Incinerate debuffs don't even stick.

Yeah they do not stick because they have zero or less duration.

So why did the debuffs stick in this duel and not in the first video? 0 temperature, 0 smolders and bleeding throughout the fight.

That was covered in my first post, that’s a bug.
