Will the Cull Obsidian be changed his abilities future ? Can I rank up Cull Obsidian and use my awakening Gem on him? Cull Obsidian is only abilities that is high damage output after tedious ramp up. he has horrible block proficiency. after 7/8 fights then he gets 10 charges !! by the time game lane almost finish and so you would not enjoy much his high damage output.
