Will this 6 stars shards compensate base on dupe levels of 5 stars or just once ?

    You dup a 5-star, you get 275 6-star shards.

    I don't think you know what "retroactive" means. The announcement said they were not going to award shards retroactively. That means no one is getting shards for anything done before August 30. Only dups you generate after August 30 will award shards. Your current dup level is not relevant.
