Catalyst Selector Bug

Not sure if this happens with every other tier, but with the tier 2 class catalyst selector, whenever the offer appears after exploring a daily medium class quest and I purchase it, it's locked on skill. I can't select a different class. I have to completely exit the game and restart before I can select the class of my choice.
