Who to use a 5* mutant AG on?

Should I use the AG on AA or Emma frost or save it for namor, sinister or OR?

AA Namor or OR. Emma doesn’t need it. Just makes her better defender. OR really needs it the most to be offensive. Namor is utility based. Same with AA. So it defends on what you need.
