Daylight Savings Time

With Daylight Savings ending in a couple days, how is it going to affect AQ timing for people outside the US?

Europe shifted to Wintertime last weekend (-1h) . So until US switch the time, our Events (aq, aw) starts earlyer as usual.
On which date US go to Standard time?

North American countries go back 1 hour this coming weekend.

Asking for Asian players here as well. Since we don't have Daylight Savings.
  • U.S. changes Daylight Savings change is this Sunday, Nov 3, early morning (or Saturday overnight basically). Clocks move back 1 hour.

Duration of timed events should not change (ie, AQ 5x 24 hours).

But since starting times of events will at some point afterward be re-sync'd to daylight-adjusted U.S. clocks, other Regions with different Daylight Saving may be 1 hour off from when they are during other times of the year (I assume ?) for example Arena Starts of 1 pm US-Eastern (NY time) is 1pm in both summer and winter for us.

The U.S. always changes time the first Sunday in November.
