Loki Sp2, not unblockable???

Happened a few times in arenas. The first part of his sp2 is blockable. It was not like that before.

Sorry, but, I've been caught by Loki's Sp2, a couple of months ago, and, it was unblockable from the start to the end.
In the description, it doesnt say that it's the second part that is unblockable. It's just, unblockable.
