Had an alliance member tell me Havok is a 4 or 5 star this month, but mine says 3. Is there a difference in the ranking of champs for monthly pulls?

It depends on your story title.

If you’re Uncollected or above, you get a 4*, with a chance at a 5*
If you’re below uncollected, you get a 3* with a chance at a 4*

Yes, there was a post about it I believe and ingame mail sent. They updated the calendar for progression, so UC and Cav her a shot each month at a 4 - 5*

Proven cant get a 4 star with a chance a 5 star only Uncollected and above get it

I never said Proven could. Reading comprehension much? I said below Proven gets 3*. Proven gets 4*. Uncollected and above gets 4* with a chance at 5*. IT'S RIGHT THERE IN THE QUOTE.

Proven& below get the usual 3* with small chance at 4*
