How are people able to get kang now

I've seen some of inexperienced players randomly in global chat having kang 4* . About just 100k rating and not done that many quests . And is it rewarded after labyrinth ? Coz I've seen some even less than level 40 so they clearly can't even play labyrinth.

    During Christmas, they had crystals which had a chance at a 4* kang. Since it's all RNG based that's probably how they got it.

    The lowest level player who had Kang I know (as in saw) was 9.
