Purchased bundles but did not receive items

My IGN is FuZe3 I purchased the Rbum ALAL bundle and the Collector Daily Card and the money for both of these has been taken from my account however I did not receive the items in-game. It has been about 30-45 minutes and I have refreshed my game many times and restarted everything and nothing seems to work. Please help
