Who to awaken? 5* Ghost or Sparky?

So the title says it all, who should I use my 5* tech awakening gem on, rank 3 Ghost (soon to be rank 4) or rank 4 Sparky? I do have other options but I'm assuming they're my best choices. Any advice is always welcome, Thanks!

    Would she benefit more from her awakened ability than sparky? I'm pretty set on getting Ghost ranked up, but ive heard she doesnt necessarily need her awakened ability to be amazing

    Sparky (R4)
    I have them both at R5 and although I do think Ghost is the better champ, she doesn’t need to be awakened as much as sparky does. Sparky is very much dependent on his Sig to bring out his true damage potential where as ghost is just a matter of getting to her sp2 faster which is really nice to have but not entirely necessary.

    Unfortunately yes, maybe a bit misunderstood/not explained well. My thinking was if I had both sparky and ghost at rank 4 both unawakened then ghost would obviously be better, so wouldn't I be better to use the gem on sparky as he needs it more?

    Ghost (R3)
    Ghost is a better champ and while she doesnt need her Sig it does give her a solid boost and is a very useful sig. I would invest into ghost over sparky. She will be more useful across contentin the long run and take you further in game.

    Depends if you use synergy team in attack.. Starky is ok but better when awaken, Ghost is very good but great when awaken.. if you have Blade and Ghost Rider for the og trio.. go with Stark Spidey.. if you have Wasp, Antman, Hood, YellowJacket (quantum synergy team) sleet Ghost.. either way, pick the champion you would want to play with more.

    The what if scenarios is you pull Warlock, or Guillotine 2099.. but that would be a good predicament.. that personally I’d be happy to have.
