Ex. Colossus in LOL - also buffed?

Hey guys, has anyone tried to fight Colossus in LOL now, is it the old version or the buffed one?

    He shouldn’t be tbh they said that v3 colossus and lol colossus wouldn’t have the buff

    They said v3 would get the buff. They have mentioned in the past lol champs are not the same as other champs that is why the design doesn’t change. This is my understanding of how it works
