mephisto vs rage anihalus, not as intended

There is a bug going on with soul imprisonment and rage. The rage fury is a buff, not passive and should be prevented by mephisto soul imprisonment.









Maybe I am missing something but would like this looked at. It's not an ability accuracy modification as domino or blade, it is a preventing ability.

There is abit of a grey area in this case I think. The way mephisto's buff preventation says "reduces the chance of a buff activating". This kinda falls into the realm of ability accuracy modification which rage is unaffected by.
