I was recently permanently chat banned for trying to say trucos 4 times and being censored. Upon contacting support, they informed me that this counts as unwanted spam, and pending investigation I might be banned from chat, though I was trying to just tell my ally mate that he could find maps for act 5.4 on trucos. I see people cussing regularly in chat and don’t get banned, but I get banned for saying trucos. Seems kind of stupid.
