I'm don't want to dump on you guys more than has already been done, but this kind of stuff does make players lose confidence in you. We love the game, we don't want to be mad at you ... we'd much rather be playing the game than go to the forums to complain.
Compensation will definitely be appreciated, but please communicate with us too. That's just as important. Give us that level of respect too, don't just only throw goodies at us.
