Sentinel not gaining charges

Sentinel is not gaining analysis charges when hitting into opponents block. Probably gains the charges every 4/5 hit into block. His incinerate is broke. Doesn't work on every hit of sp2.

    Who were you fightning against? Game mode? Nodes?

    Also, he is affected by ability accuracy
