Not able to collect rewards

Issue is still out and summoners are not able to collect rewards in the game such as special and solo and alliance events.

    Well better to keep the reminder going.. they have been known to randomly remove items from inventory without any notice.. happened to me 2 month ago with the event crystals that we accumulated from the monthly event.. the day after the event ended i went to open them.. and they were gone.. submitted a ticket and was told pretty much sucked to be me.. i'm fine with them removing items.. but think it would be good for them to give notice beforehand..
