Potion Reconciliation Plan?

Has anyone heard from Kabam about what they have plan to do about reconciling lost potions from yesterday's crashes and the timing bugs (dashing, evading, parry) that have already been acknowledged? Summoner rewards? 50% potion sale? Ability to trade up regular potion for alliance potions? Alliance Potion Quests? They have many ways of offsetting these issues that would still actually be profitable for them so I don't understand why this isn't happening. Anything?
