How does colossus get the incinerate debuff if he's all metal

Lots of metals can burn. Just because you don't often see it happening doesn't mean it can't.

In the comics he has never burned, he has been heated up to the point that he would catch things on fire by touching them. Once Pyro keep blasting him with fire attacks until he was glowing red hot, just at the melting point for him. But at no time did he burn. He was then subjected to cold water, and that almost killed him. But did not burn.

yep your right, but I don't think it would make Colossus over power by giving him incinerate resistance/immune.
