Supreme Ascendant Bundle offered to me twice

To whom it concerns at Kabam I was offered the Ascendant Bundle pack for $50 twice. The first time I ordered it I received what I paid for but the second time I didn't. I have proof of purchase with a receipt, my question is will Kabam give me what I paid for or refund me my money?
