Been facing this for some time. After the new release was out obviously.
While fighting the rate of power gain is slow. I mean summoners has an idea when u know that a 5 hit combo will complete the sp2 power bar & will hit sp2 once the 5 hit is done. But the power hasn't gone up. Natural instinct says it will be done. So while hitting, sp1 is going out. Strange. All the players developed a natural instinct about how we know we need how much hit and the power bar will fill. If i am wrong no issue. if not then well...
