AI attacks immediately after SP3

Its been going on for ages and I've been hoping for a fix. Some champs such as Hyperion or Thor Rag will be on you immediately after landing an sp3 on you, you dont get time to react before they are attacking you straight after the sp3 and I'm sure that's not how it is intended. It's not for all champs but I know it happens with these two and there might be other champs if people had noticed... i hope to see a fix.
