How do I escape the log off loop?

Kabam, I am grateful for the compensation, but actually worsened the bugs for me. Pre-compensation I was force logged off every 5-15 minutes, now it happens whenever I try to fight in AQ, and when I try to use alliance messaging to let them know that this is happening. Is this a bug, or is someone/thing trying to get me kicked from my ally. Does anyone know how to get off of this loop? Or am I trapped like Mr. Fantastic?

I had the same problem the past 2 days too, ended up reinstalling the game yesterday. Hoping it doesnt repeat again today.
