6.2.6 Hyperion Bugged

Running into a unusual interaction between Captain American Infinity War and the Hyperion on the middle path of 6.2.6.
Hype appears to be reducing ability accuracy even though there is no node buff on him that would do this. My CAIW is sig 200 with a science, a tech and a cosmic on the team for a 100% chance of placing a weakness, armor break and petrify on the enemy when performing a well timed block. But about 20% of the time, he fails to apply one or all of his debuffs when he parrys, sometimes it even fails to stun even though I get the green parry text.
Haven't run into this issue when fighting any other node on this quest and have no idea if it is affecting the ability accuracy of other champs as well.
