In the next comunity's choice quest can we expect that the quest can be completed ,of players let's say who just completed act 3 or 4?Because the last quest a really strong team was needed to get those 5 star shards...and no benefit from that for lowest rating players. :(
More difficulty's parts let's say, (heroic,master,epic)?

    I think this is a bit unfair and make players to quit this game.

    Not every part of the game is meant to give people who only complete lower acts, higher end prizes. That is the whole point of progression. If you just give everyone 5/6* shards or crystals, you take away the part of the game of learning new skills and improving your game play. I started a new account when we had the summoners appreciation calendar and got a free 5* out of it, I was lucky enough to pull a mid tier champ and just destroy all the beginning content. If I was a brand new player, that would teach me nothing and would cause me to have a lot of trouble with the harder content and be on the forums complaining like a majority of the people.

    How is it unfair? That's how progression games work. If you're not willing to progress or if you're not having fun and learning as you go then these types of games may not be not be for you.

    It is not unfair, to get 5* shards you need to put in 5 shard level work, it is part of progression.
